1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dkt1 platform and all its services. When you create an account on dkt1, browse the platform, or use any gaming service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to abide by these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All the documents mentioned together form a complete legal agreement that will remain binding between you and dkt1.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform and contact our support team.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on the dkt1 platform and enjoy gaming services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You do not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.
• You have not previously been banned from the dkt1 platform or placed under self-exclusion.

3 Account Creation

The information you provide when creating an account on dkt1 must be true, accurate, and up to date. A person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

It is your own responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else. You will be personally responsible for any activity carried out using your account.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide your correct date of birth, name, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to us immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dkt1 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment. For large deposits or withdrawals, we may request any one of the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the mobile number linked to the payment method used.

If KYC is not completed within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended or your withdrawal process may be delayed. This is a necessary step for your security.

5 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on dkt1, you must use our supported payment methods. The currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• All transactions will be processed in Taka (BDT / ৳).

6 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw funds, you must have a sufficient balance in your account and must have met the wagering requirements of any active bonus. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held until account verification is complete.
• dkt1 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals on suspicion of fraud.

7 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available for first-time account holders who make a deposit on dkt1, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000; and depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳62,000.

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• After earning a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time.

8 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

dkt1 strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements.
• Applying low-risk betting strategies to take advantage of bonuses.
• Claiming bonuses under someone else's identity or a fabricated identity.

If bonus abuse is proven, dkt1 may cancel the bonus, forfeit any winnings earned, and permanently close the associated account.

9 VIP & Cashback Program

On dkt1, you can advance through five VIP levels based on your regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each level:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Progression through VIP levels depends on your regular participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and credited directly to your account. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

10 Fair Play Policy

dkt1 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games are operated by certified game providers and adhere to fair play standards. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all your data and transactions secure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Playing games using software bots or automated programs.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

dkt1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for investigation at any time, particularly when:

• Specific evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity arises.
• Unusual transactions are detected in an account.
• False information is provided during the KYC verification process.
• There is suspicion that a minor is using the account.

Before closing an account, dkt1 will attempt to notify you by email. If a legitimate balance exists, arrangements will be made to return it, though this right may not apply in cases of rule violations.

12 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dkt1 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and game content — is the intellectual property of dkt1 and its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

• No part of the platform may be reverse engineered.
• Screenshots or recordings may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Unauthorized use of dkt1's trademarks or brand elements is prohibited.

13 Personal Data & Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. dkt1 never sells your data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of providing services, security verification, and meeting legal obligations.

14 Responsible Gaming

• Loss resulting from the inadvertent disclosure of your login details.
• Any event beyond our control (force majeure).

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, all bets for that round will be voided and the staked funds will be returned.

16 Right to Amend Terms

17 Dispute Resolution

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through mutually agreed mediation. All dispute resolution processes will be conducted honestly and transparently.

18 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between dkt1 and the user. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

Our failure to exercise any right under any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of that right. dkt1 may enforce its rights under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
